Requested by Operations (original target window July 2026). Use the complete order history (ShipHero + ShipBob era, 256k+ orders) plus seasonality to forecast demand per SKU/collection and support reorder timing.

The plan — step by step

Scope with Ops: forecast horizon, granularity, and how it feeds purchasing decisions today
Assemble the historical dataset from the ShipHero connector (both eras) + Shopify
Baseline seasonal model first (honest and explainable); evaluate against known past quarters
Surface through Claude questions + scheduled forecast reports
Review cycle with Ops each buying period; tune
