What & why

The hub's standing rule: every site change regenerates the master downloadables. Rather than paying that cost per tweak, this bundles the queued small items into one pass.

The plan — step by step

Add a 'Next Up' nav link on hub pages pointing to todo.melindamaria.ai
Re-run live health checks on all custom connectors; refresh any stale stats
Fold in any new skill/connector pages accumulated since v2.6
Bump version, deploy, regenerate PDF + Markdown zip, re-upload both to R2

Reasoning & trade-offs

Batching respects the standing rule without regenerating a 768-page PDF for every one-line change
