What & why

Half the current seats are active. The blocker is rarely willingness — it's the first 30 minutes: signing in, connecting the right connectors, and finding a first task that proves value in their own job. The hub now carries every guide; this project is the human push.

The plan — step by step

List the 8 unenrolled teammates and their departments
Pair each with the 2-3 connectors + example prompts most useful to their role (the hub's Ask Simulator already maps this)
15-minute onboarding sessions: sign in, connect, run one real task from their day
Follow up after one week via #mm-claude; capture wins for the hub
Update the Integration Status dashboard enrollment ring as it climbs
