What & why

The hub's 13 knowledge docs are read-only today. Plan: a private GitHub repo becomes the source of truth; browser Edit→Save commits via the GitHub API; the local folder syncs by pulling. Edit hooks are already in place on the hub pages.

The plan — step by step

Create the private repo and migrate the 13 canonical .md docs
Choose editor auth: Cloudflare Worker token proxy vs GitHub OAuth device flow (deferred decision)
Build the in-browser editor + commit flow; preview before save
Pilot with one doc and the Design team's review workflow, then open up

Reasoning & trade-offs

Unblocks the Design-team review of brand docs (currently stalled at 15% on the Integration Status dashboard)
