What & why

Research and a complete build spec were finished July 22 (hybrid live + D1 archive pattern, OAuth client-credentials). The open business question — do we dropship to retailers Nordstrom-style, or want to? — decides whether this gets built at all.

The plan — step by step

Answer the business question with Wholesale leadership
If yes: request API credentials from Rithum (not self-serve)
Build per the existing spec (closest template: ShipHero's hybrid archive pattern)
If no: mark declined with reasoning and revisit yearly

Reasoning & trade-offs

Spec'd but deliberately unbuilt — a connector without a business case is maintenance debt
