What & why

This site (todo.melindamaria.ai) is the living to-do list of MM's AI space, built July 28, 2026. Every project on the home grid clicks into a detail page with the what/why, step-by-step plan, reasoning and — for flagship projects like MM Intelligence — full mockups and architecture diagrams. It shares one sign-in session with the Onboarding Hub, so anyone authenticated there walks straight in. Updates flow through Claude sessions: statuses change, projects graduate to the hub when shipped.

The plan — step by step

Built: 18 pages, splashy tile design, custom domain, shared Access login with the hub — LIVE
Ongoing: status updates via Claude sessions (edit the project spec, one command regenerates the site, one command deploys)
Next: cross-link from the hub nav (bundled with the next hub update per the downloadables rule)
Later: auto-sync statuses from actual project activity instead of manual updates

Reasoning & trade-offs

One shared sign-in session with the hub was a hard requirement — done by adding this domain to the hub's existing Access app rather than creating a second app

The whole site regenerates from one spec file (site-generators/build_todo_site.py) — a teammate with Claude can update it without touching HTML
